  • Hi team! So I am back after being down and out with COVID. It really kicked my butt, however Box Breathing helped me through my pneumonia. I would feel pressured in my lungs and with box breathing, I was able to keep an ample amount of oxygen in my body. Plus it helped me get through the tough times on COVID.

  • So I did day 1 workout for SealFit Bootcamp. I thought the warmup WAS the workout! LOL I pushed through though and finished strong!
