Mental Toughness – Get Unbeatable! 2 years, 6 months agoFound this interview one day with this guy Mark Divine. I was not looking for it, But Wow. It really struck a chord. I was hesitant at first to join seal fit. That was 6 mouths ago. So glad I did, that day changed my life forever. Theres no going back now.

Foot note to Garden wod / Victory garden. Total of three boxes built 12′ x 8′ x 27 ” high. So thats three ties stacked up on the wider side in a rectangle . Bottom tie is half buried in the ground. Just saw some squash seeds breaking the surface now – awesome. Working on a garden is back breaking work but good for your soul.

The garden Wod _ Two days Saturday Sunday. Building plater boxes with rail road ties. 12x 8 by x 27 ” high. Digging up the soil for hours. Dragging and lifting rail road ties around.
