Hi all. I can knock out 50 strict pushups and 50 crunches, but can’t seem to do even one pull-up. What exercises/stretches can I do to get where I can do the pull-ups called for in SealFit?

Hey I haven’t been able to see the ROM drills video yet on the new site and I am not sure what they are for the 8 Weeks to SEALFIT program that I’m starting soon. Can anyone help either find the video or list them out?
