Onramp is the very beginning programming. SOFWOD is intended for Spec OPs training and heavily programmed toward endurance, stamina, and body weight.

HI Tony,
Typically and OPWOD will take 2-2.5 hours. If you know the movements pretty well and are ready to jam through it you can get it done in 2 hours.

Any advice on how to make this easier. I struggle with getting depth as I tend to lean forward when squatting down. I can barely just get to parallel with just 45# Olympic bar

HI Coaches’ im wondering where else I can reference exercise demos when we cannot find it on the site.. For example i don’t know what a “wall climb’ or a “split snatch” is.
I have found others that i cannot find a demo for and its a bit difficult to complete a daily WOD with out knowing exactly what to do..
