Hey buddy. Personally, I’d skip SEALFIT training on the days of Krav Maga. SEALFIT training is intense and if your joints are battered from training, the Krav Maga could push your joints over the edge.

Great man. How are you getting on with the training? Can you walk properly yet haha?

I think I need to look at my nutrition. I have been pretty exhausted and sleeping a lot more. Last time this happened I just had to increase the volume of food to match the extra training. I havent pushed too hard yet (to see how my knee responds) so my DOMS are manageable. I am enjoying it.
