Morning Everyone! First day on ONRAMP. I did 8 weeks to SealFit years ago when it came out and have since then been involved in many other training/competition regimens.
Today was good. Fell short in’s Stamina specifically in the sit-ups and went 25-15-20-25.
Time for Work Capacity was 15:03… Which needs a lot of work.
