Hey buddy. Personally, I’d skip SEALFIT training on the days of Krav Maga. SEALFIT training is intense and if your joints are battered from training, the Krav Maga could push your joints over the edge.

Higher reps less weight. This is what seems to work for me, I can feel increased strength and mobility. I also notice that if I do a mild cardio, like a soft sand run before working out I feel stronger.

Asking yourself what you really want from life and where you want to be. I think moist people are not where they truly want to be, they are mostly existing. For me its the beach lifestyle, living within a mile the beach and not feeling stressed about the daily routine.

Now that things are getting a bit back to pre Covid-19 modes of being alive, the word group really sounds good. It believe a good way to progress is through group workouts. I have had a tricky time with follow through during the last year. I really want to get the Front Sight Focus locked in and smash the distractions.

Staying with it. I would much rather be on the beach for the WOD but…..that will come sooner than later. I really appreciate this program. I hope all is well at Sealfit!

Still working on my morning issue of getting getting on the mat and setting a focus for the day. I have been a bit slow on the getting up, possibly from not sleeping as well as I could. If anyone else wants to chime in let me know.
