1st one. I LOVED it! (Although only did 1 of 2 rounds, had done some other exercise before.) Good, fast paced mix of exercises. Some I didn’t know but liked, especially “dive bomber push-ups”. And very helpful to see how Coach Divine interjects Breathing to help & recover as well as his use of the Mantra’s! Made it fun.
