    I don’t take much time between sections. 1-2 min to jot stuff down and take a sip. I’ll break between strength sets 1-2 min and between during stamina (just enough to to slow breathing). Even moving pretty quickly a full OPWOD cans take 1hr 45min to 2 hrs which matches what coach Divine mentioned in one of his videos I believe.
