    Is there a warm video or do I jump right in with session 1?

    • The traditional PT Grinder days in ‘8 weeks to Sealfit’ were:
      Baseline: pre-SOP and box breathing and ROM drills (see video – usually about 6 minutes, can add more for your needs or particular work out) and then 20-25 minutes PT Grinder
      Endurance: as time allows LSD run, bike, swim
      Durability: Yoga or active stretch. Hydrate, fuel, journal, post-SOP
