    just starting the Grinder experience as a newbie. A lot to consider, any thoughts on getting started? Lousy at the push up, so obviously could start there….probably am rap the best approach for the newbie…any thoughts

    • You could do emom sets. Every minute do a set of push-ups and then rest for the rest of that minute. When the next minute starts do the push-ups again. I do 10-15 each minute depending on how I feel but you could do 5 each minute.
