    General question for opinion or one of the coaches input.

    I’ve done training similar to sealfit on my own but feeling stale….

    Trying to decide on whether to jump right into on-ramp/masters


    Use the 8 weeks to Sealfit plan as kind of a de-load or reset

    55 overall good with most of the moves….I’ve let my pull-ups lag

    Not a cross fitter
