General question for opinion or one of the coaches input.
I’ve done training similar to sealfit on my own but feeling stale….
Trying to decide on whether to jump right into on-ramp/masters
OR
Use the 8 weeks to Sealfit plan as kind of a de-load or reset
55 overall good with most of the moves….I’ve let my pull-ups lag

This is inspiring. I will be in 55 in August. I also felt in shape until I started some of these workouts…..

About a week in. Starting with on-ramp with a goal to settle into the masters track. I “train” consistently but this is different. I like the mixture of strength power endurance and total body training approach
