Hello. My name is Freddy. I am new to the group. I joined this group to work on mental fitness. I have been in Sealfit before. I have been dealing with old injuries and getting surgery for those soon. I also just broke my collar bone in a ski incident. So need to focus on mental fortitude and big 4/5. There is an excellent app I use on my phone called Pranayama. It guides you through various levels of box breathing. It was introduced to me by Coach Mark back in 2012-2013. I use it twice a day. Once in the morning to help set up my day. The program has a sleep session as well, which I use to calm down before bed.
