Completed the Grinder PT today. 5 rounds of 15 push-ups, 15 air squats, 5 pull ups, 8 box jumps and 10 butterfly sit-ups. Great first workout on Sealfit

Hello. My name is Freddy. I am new to the group. I joined this group to work on mental fitness. I have been in Sealfit before. I have been dealing with old injuries and getting surgery for those soon. I also just broke my collar bone in a ski incident. So need to focus on mental fortitude and big 4/5.
