Did the Friday OnRamp WOD today. Fun, challenging workout. The last section of 15 minute AMRAP was definitely the most difficult part for me but great workout and I’m glad to know that I can mentally and physically push through the suck to finish the workout.
This is my first week completed of doing these workouts and I am definitely sore and feeling it. There are a few exercises that I had to scale back to complete them successfully but I feel good going into week two.
