I did the On Ramp WOD today. I thought it went pretty wall. The last set where we ran and went straight into the front squats and pull-ups definitely gassed me and was struggling during the end. I did my best to go for quality reps though. I wasn’t decreasing reps but thought 3-4 good form reps was more important than trying to knock out 8 half-assed reps.
