    Did the Friday OnRamp WOD today. Fun, challenging workout. The last section of 15 minute AMRAP was definitely the most difficult part for me but great workout and I’m glad to know that I can mentally and physically push through the suck to finish the workout.

    I did the On Ramp WOD today. I thought it went pretty wall. The last set where we ran and went straight into the front squats and pull-ups definitely gassed me and was struggling during the end.     I had originally intended to do the LDS run outside today but the wind chill was -25 F so went to the gym instead. Got in a good 20 minute grinder PT with assorted exercises and a 45 minute run that logged me just over 3 miles at the end. My legs were a bit sore after the previous days workouts but once I was in a groove it went by pretty well.
