@coach-mel Typical CF programs recommend 2 or 3 days with a recovery day. What is the recommendation for SEALFIT vs. US Crossfit?

Hi Jeff, You can do the same training with the SEALFIT programming 2-3 times a week. Once you feel you are recovering well and ready to take on another day of training, do it.

Thanks. My question was more in regards to 2 days on or three days on with 1 day off. Total workout days should be 4 to,5. I would like to do more Sealfit workouts, but aim challenged with the available hours. Most likely I would do 3’days CF with 2’says On ramp for now.

I get you now. Yes 3 day CF and 2 days SEALFIT. Saturday and maybe tuesday. REst Sunday and Friday.
