Great Job Nick, according to your PST score, you will want to be doing the OPWOD. Scale your weight accordingly. Do you have intentions to join the Mil?

Hi Michael,
Running with load and without is equally important. You can expect to ruck for many hours at a time… sometimes over 6 hours with over 30 lbs weight. As far as running goes, you will need to pass your PST mile run, plus do 2
1 mile weighted runs during Murph. You want to try and keep those in the 11 min range. Running will…[Read more] -

HI DR J,
The Onramp is a little different than the Bootcamp. You will need access to a gym to do this training. You can access SEALFIT Online through your membership and see a daily workout. Can you see this page when you click this link?

Hi James,
Great work taking the test and getting it done.
I would suggest that you start with our Onramp training workouts. Do you have access to a full gym with Barbells and gear? If not, the BOOTCAMP product is a great starting point . It is a 12 week program that gets you ready to jump into the Onramp.

When your body repairs slightly torn muscles they become bigger and stronger. If you fast after training your body…[Read more] -

Hi John,
Maybe you could pose this question on the SEALFIT Online FB group? I would respond to this with a question. Do you trust these folks enough to let them make mistakes of their own? I would try and be as honest as possible with your team and let them know that you would like them to use some creative tactics , maybe bring the options to…[Read more]
