There is an excellent app I use on my phone called Pranayama. It guides you through various levels of box breathing. It was introduced to me by Coach Mark back in 2012-2013. I use it twice a day. Once in the morning to help set up my day. The program has a sleep session as well, which I use to calm down before bed.

Nice workout this morning. 6am – ramping up. implemented work capacity from Thursday into routine. Not for time. Completed workout without rest. Lots of baseline work and mobility/durability work. Working out planter fasciitis in left foot (massage with a golf ball, stretching and icing.

Did the Friday OnRamp WOD today. Fun, challenging workout. The last section of 15 minute AMRAP was definitely the most difficult part for me but great workout and I’m glad to know that I can mentally and physically push through the suck to finish the workout.

I did the On Ramp WOD today. I thought it went pretty wall. The last set where we ran and went straight into the front squats and pull-ups definitely gassed me and was struggling during the end.
