I did Tuesday’s body weight WOD today. I’m a Master so I scaled it down. Still a butt kicker. Performed baseline as prescribed. Cut strength to 6 minutes with 3 x wall walks. Cut stamina to 2 rounds with plyo push ups & 20 x 2 count mountain climbers. Did the 200 m high skips ( Mom, why is that man skipping down the street?). Completed work capacity as prescribed and ran for 10 minutes. Time to complete was 1:05.
