    Hello Paul. Good to have someone posting. I’m following the Masters plan and mixing in some running and cycling. I ran a half marathon Sunday and have a 105 mile bike ride coming up in early March. I’m getting enough conditioning from Sealfit that I can participate in the these types of events. I love it because I don’t have to focus solely on one thing.
