A great Masters workout today. The power snatch burpee combo was rough. I didn’t have a hill handy for the hill sprints so I raised a treadmill to it’s maximum incline and sprinted for 10 seconds. I did the first 3 at 10 mph and ramped it up to 12 mph on the last 1and was almost spit out the back of the treadmill. I let my heart rate recover to 130 between sprints.
