I’ve been following the Masters WODs since September of last year. It’s been the best all around conditioning that I’ve found. If a friend wants to run a marathon, I can do that; do a century bike ride, I can do that or do a triathlon. I’m not training for specific activities like I used to and certainly not able perform in those races as well as I could if trained just for that sport. I’m healthy and fit and balanced and the Sealfit program has gotten me here.
