Feeling a little tired and overtrained between work and ramping up on personal training. Started this week with a little departure and revisited a classic crossfit WOD

Nice workout this morning. 6am – ramping up. implemented work capacity from Thursday into routine. Not for time. Completed workout without rest. Lots of baseline work and mobility/durability work. Working out planter fasciitis in left foot (massage with a golf ball, stretching and icing.
