Great hotel gym workout, brought my vest along this time.
1h20min to complete full workout
100xSB get-up – 50# DB, 20# vest
100xMM – 25#DB, 20# vest
Got that funny smile on my face at 90MM…and I couldn’t get it off…
Also, listened to some motivational speeches on youtube during workout which was something different. -

I have found that my willingness to stay up later to finish cleaning up the house has improved significantly since beginning this training. I think the number of “sets” of laundry/dishes/toys clean-up is an important metric to my training. AOT W3D4 – 5RM DL 295 – Full workout completed as indcated ~95min with warm-up and stretch at end. Enjoyed the handstand push-ups and 400m run sets…10x50m sprints were brutal especially starting face down on the ground. My experience in sport specific training revolves around rock climbing but I believe the principle may apply to marathon training as well.
