Here come the excuses … I’m motivated but pressed for time. I have a 7-week old and a year left in grad school. My rock star of a wife lets me get out to our garage gym for about an hour before I start getting the glare. I timed my warm-up and base line over the past few days and I’m coming in at 25-ish min every time. That gives me 35 min to complete the remaining. I got through strength and skipped to WC yesterday.
Unfortunately, I’m working with a post-op knee (3x), post-op bicep (1x) and a post-op ankle (1x) so the warm up is crucial for my durability. Any thoughts on how to scale or rip through it faster would be awesome.
