8 weeks to Sealfit: (Basic Training)

    Hey guys and gals, thinking about starting a topic that people can post times or results if they are following the 8 weeks to sealfit training programs and compare it to other members. This specific thread would have the “basic training” chapter.
    -coaches if you do not want this info on the website please let me know, because I know you normally would have to buy the book to have these training plans.

    Day1 Week1 – Finally allowed to train now I’m back from long term injury, as a result I’m having to do the workouts every other day as have a ‘running’ program to follow also.

    Completed the ‘For time’ part of the workout in 5mins 9secs; had to do ‘banded’ pull-ups though.

    Day2 Week1 (My day3) – Three rounds for time completed in 12mins 20secs again due to constraints all running has to be done on the treadmill. Back squats were done with 30kg (66lbs).
