Is there any harm that would be associated with overlapping certain forms of training? For example I have gained a liking to using the Tibetan 5 as part of my morning ritual, and on occasion used Warrior Yoga with it. Now I am adding Qigong and really am enjoying this also. But should I use them all on the same day or in the same session or are they really each something that should be used individually?
I think you should do what feels best for you on a daily basis. Switch it up, integrate, experiment. Make sure to find some time to practice each in there true form as well as each discipline has it’s own standards and require a lifetime of learning. Hooyah and great work.
