I have seen Mark’s Weekly Training Plan and wanted to know if:
A: does he change his wake up / ritual time on the weekends?
B: does he ever take a day off from his ritual?
C: for breathing what kneeling stance/position does he use / and does he use a meditation stool/bench?
Mark tries to keep his routine consistent by time daily. He will have times while traveling where he gets off base and sometimes misses days at a time. He just jumps back in asap and gets it done. I know he practices his box breathing and meditation on plane rides. He uses a bench in the kneeling position typically.
