Master WOD Tuesday 2/24/2015

Baseline: Pre-SOP and box breathing, then ROM drills. Row 500m, 30x ring dips, row 500m, 30x push press.

Strength: Bench press: 10 rounds – Every 90 seconds, complete 1x bench press. Work up to a max for the day. Then, 1x max rep bench press with an empty barbell.

Work Capacity: Complete 21-15-9-15-21 reps of:

Durability: SEALFIT Yoga Mobility drills. Hydrate and fuel within 30 minutes.  Journal post training session SOP.
