I was in pretty good shape up until April of 2016, when my Dr. sent me for a bi op-icy for prostate cancer? well after the scare everything came back negative! Hooyaa !! Well now at 270 pds. my pre swollen prostate weight was 238, after all the medications and MONTHS of not exercising I feel like a blob. I am loving this program, and I am just starting. At twenty four I was one of the youngest 6th degree shaolin kung fu masters in the usa, at twenty eight I became a state law enforcement officer, I resigned 15 years later, to be an executive protective agent, and after moving up the ranks I became team leader/ supervising agent. Thanks for the service. I try to recover my physical- mental state for better performance in my work. my age is 50 years old. Very poor physical exercise. BUT with my SOP of start. What is your guide for my case, of how start?. I work from Monday to Friday, Full time employee for a tech company. I start my day at 5AM. 5:45AM I leave to work, driving near of 50min to 1:20 min (traffic is little complicate). I start to work 7:30AM, lunch 12:00 -13:00 I leave at 5pm to 6 pm.. some times take 2 hours to return to home. In my condo I have access to a gym, pool and big green are work wall or run. weekends are free. I appreciate your guide.
