    I noticed certain WODs (as the example below), will list doing 100 rep of push ups, pull ups, etc

    Run 400m

    100m pull up

    run 400m

    100x push up

    run 400m

    100x sit up

    run 400m

    100x air squats

    My questions is: Are 100x meant to be done unbroken and if you are not able to get to 100 unbroken, what is the optimal number of reps to do in each set (as well as rest time in between each set)?

    Also do pull ups mean kipping is allowed unless specified as strict pull ups?

    I’d like to meet the person that can do 100 unbroken pullups. Break it up into sets you can do. You might start with sets of 10, then 7 then, 5 (or lower) as you get fatigued. In this workout, make sure you do all of the pullups before moving on to the run and then the pushups.
