I seem to remember somewhere on the old page a few things I can’t seem to find on the new page.
1) An archive of older SOF and Op WODs.
2) HOW to do the OpWODs – that is, do you break them up into two-a-days? I remember something about strength and stamina in the morning, then work capacity and something else in the afternoons, or something like that? Thoughts?
Also, I noticed Coach Will posted that the head shed often does a ruck on Active Recovery days. When are these? Are the posted as such? Do I just do the WODs 7 days a week? I am moving from the SOFWODs to the OpWODs.
