One thing and maybe this is cor someone from Sealfit; I’m starting my program on Monday with limited crossfit experience (one full semester of a Spartan class) should I do the onramp program I printed off a week ago from the resources and articles les on the old sealfit website or do the new daily onramp WOD being posted on this new site? After the prescribed two weeks starting the 8Weeks to Sealfit book program. Thank you
