Hey guys currently still running member in a crossfire gym so don’t want to miss out on that but what would you recommend for crossfit sessions to doing the sealfit wod in a week?
Also do you recommend get boots to so the sealift words y intention is using the sealift for multiday back country and some really if I can arrange it be at lest fit enough that I could go to a kokomo camp if the opportunity comes up.
I would continue with your Crossfit training and sub in 2 OPWODS a week. So in a 5 day training regime you will be doing 3 Crossfit and 2 SEALFIT Wods. Yes get boots and ruck and start having fun with those.
