Hey guys I have two quick question!
If I can’t do the entire workout in one go, could I split it up into morning and afternoon training. It would be great If you could help me..Thanks! And Hooyah!
Yes, the body adapts to the demand/stress placed on it. As long as you are getting fatigued you will get results, even if you don’t complete the workout in one go. Overtime time you will be able to complete it if you stay consistent.
