I USUALLY TRAIN AROUND 11:30 – I WORK IN AN OFFICE ENVIRONMENT, SO LUNCH IS MY BEST WORKOUT TIME – I’D LOVE PEOPLES THOUGHTS ON PRE/POST WORKOUT MEALS, ESPECIALLY ONES YOU CAN BRING UP TO THE OFFICE. I DON’T MIND BEING ‘THAT GUY’ WITH ‘THAT’ IN THE REFRIGERATOR. JUST NEED SOME NEW IDEAS. THANKS FOR THE INPUT.
