    I USUALLY TRAIN AROUND 11:30 – I WORK IN AN OFFICE ENVIRONMENT, SO LUNCH IS MY BEST WORKOUT TIME – I’D LOVE PEOPLES THOUGHTS ON PRE/POST WORKOUT MEALS, ESPECIALLY ONES YOU CAN BRING UP TO THE OFFICE. I DON’T MIND BEING ‘THAT GUY’ WITH ‘THAT’ IN THE REFRIGERATOR. JUST NEED SOME NEW IDEAS. THANKS FOR THE INPUT.

    The Dolce “Breakfast Bowl” is amazing. You can look it up on youtube. It is simple to make and tastes delicious. I put:

    chia seeds, hemp seeds, oats, organic raisins, frozen blueberries, chopped up organic apple, almond butter.

    Can add a banana or literally anything else you might want.
