I am 47 and I am in fair shape, looking to raise the bar. I am a cancer survivor and doing well physically. With the exception of some knee pain. I have difficulty running, any advice.. However I am able to do burpees and other High interval training.. I am excited to be part of this program and want to get the most out of it.. I do mostly circuit training with free weights with cross training.. Usually train five days per wee. Looking for a challenging workout routine that pushes to a new level
Hi Joe,
I apologize for the delay in response. I have been on Holiday. Stick to what makes you feel good and use the jump rope, rowing, or even rucking instead of runs. Train your running with only short runs that feel good. Watch some of Jeff Grants running tech videos in the content archive to get a different technique that might help out. We like the pose method here at HQ.
