I currently use Beyond The Whiteboard to track my progress and WOD results but it take a large amount of time to enter all the different movements and workouts into the website. Does anyone know a site that automatically posts from this site or is there any way to track your results on this site?
You can post your times on the WOD posts themselves. Or go to the Training Journal Group and post there. Then you can track that through the Activity filter when you look at your profile.
Thanks! I am starting soon and I was looking for something like this. Right now I have a calendar with the workouts listed, but it’s nice to be able to track daily results.
