Howdy, I would like to ask about an after training stretch routine. I would be grateful if someone could provide me with good stretch routine (especially lower back & hips).
I posted 2 great stretches on the content today for you. Check those out. Downward facing dog, toe touches, and hugging your knees to your chest while lying on your back are great too. My fav is to lay on my back , arms to out to the side palms down, knees bent and heals lined up with my glutes, then bicycle your knees to each side of your body.
