Hello SEALFIT Community and Coaches,
I am new to the SEALFIT program and I am also nursing a stress fracture in my lower shin. My question is twofold: what does the SEALFIT team find is the best way to heal a stress fracture? and, are there any exercises in the OPWOD that I need to stay away from or substitute for now (other than running, obviously)? Any advice would be much appreciated.
