Good Evening, I am trying to figure out what weights to use for the rep scheme on the strength cycles. I have relied on percentages for many years and I am Ok with not calculating percentages for the reps, but sense changing to this rep scheme, I think I may be jumping too much in weight from start to finish.
Higher reps less weight. This is what seems to work for me, I can feel increased strength and mobility. I also notice that if I do a mild cardio, like a soft sand run before working out I feel stronger.
