HI Coaches After doing 2 years of unbeatable mind and now working out to the “OnRamp” training program i want to test my self and take on my first real physical challenge (Malibu spartan sprint). Its this Dec 6th. My ultimate goal is to take on a 20x challenge at sealfit.. However want to start from the bottom and work my way up. I want to know what is the best way i can train for the race? Any additional exercises i should do, coaching you offer, any pointers how to get prepared for this?
