    I have been reading through the forum posts, as well as looking at the video’s on pull-ups. I’m working on being able to do more pull-ups. I want to be able to do 10 by the end of January. Currently I can do 2 dead hang pull-ups. How often should I be doing some form of pull-up workout to improve them. Is there a recommendation about a workout that would aid?
