    Seal Fit:

    I know that if you pause at the bottom of the Sit Up, (back and shoulders on the ground) the coaches will tell you that you’re
    done. (It counts as a no rep and you in fact done with scoring for that movement)
    But does not apply to the other movements as well- Air Squats/Push Ups and Pull Ups (And yes, I realize that if you get off the bar you’re done but can
    you pause while hanging on the bar?)
