    Any advice on how to make this easier. I struggle with getting depth as I tend to lean forward when squatting down. I can barely just get to parallel with just 45# Olympic bar

    Shoulder and hip mobility… improve this first.

    Also be sure to use proper technique with the bar overhead.

    Work with PVC against a wall, once you get the form dialed then move up in weight.
