Try to scale the current ON ramp WOD’s.
For instance yesterday I had a session of 50 double unders followed by 3 rounds of 10 deadlifts, 15 pushups 20 box jumps and then 50 more double unders.
A suggestion would be something like:
25 single jump ropes- followed by 3 rounds of 3 deadlifts, 5 pushups, 10 jumping over a broomstick and then 25 jump ropes.
So when I started, I knew my capacity and tried to push as much as possible while at the same time following the SF Onboard WOD’s.
It will not take long until you will be able to do the entire OnRamp WOD- if you are consistent.
