Any recommendations when do not have access to a pool or a rower? Have bands, TRX
SDHP’s for Rowing
500m = 50 SDHP’s
Now the standard sub for swimming is rowing…

Would that be a 70# Kettle Bell for all substitutions? Or does that somehow scale with bodyweight?

Oh and just for clarity – does 70# = 35Kg? Just for someone with a metric systems background…
I would suggest a 53# kb (24 kg), do 1 rep for every 10 meters on the rower.
